Currently, I am studying International Hospitality Management in Switzerland, which allowed me to undertake a 6-month internship at Multilingual Jobs Worldwide as a Talent Sourcer.
I work for the German North Team in Oslo and search for candidate profiles on different channels and portals. The company culture made me feel at home very fast and I felt well-integrated in the Oslo office.
A big benefit for me was to sit next to the Norwegian team as well since I am passionate about languages and appreciate the opportunity to learn new ones such as Norwegian.

I studied business administration in Finland when I decided to gain international experience and do my internship abroad. That is when I stumbled upon Nordic Jobs Worldwide and was offered a chance to do my internship as a Talent Sourcer for the Finnish team.
During my internship, I got to see the recruiting world close up, and participate in marketing. I even got to create and manage my team's Instagram account and help with many other marketing tasks which was a very educating experience.
Overall, this experience has been unforgettable, and I will be missing all these amazing people that I have been working with this past autumn.
